1. Return Eligibility
• You may return unused, unopened suitcases / Packing Cubes within 7 days of order for a full refund to your original payment method.
• Returns are not accepted for:
○ Used, negligently damaged, or functionally unaffected cosmetically damaged suitcases or packing cubes
○ Personalized/bespoke suitcases / packing cubes (e.g., engraved items).
○ Items already returned once per order.
○ Unable to open the box due to forgotten password
2. Return Shipping Costs
• You bear shipping costs for returns.
3. Return Procedure
1. Initiate a return via our contact form
2. Describe the return reason, add notes, and submit the request.
3. Upon approval, you will receive return instructions.
4. Securely package the suitcase / packing cubes, remember to include your order number, name and address.
5. Ship the package back as instructed.
4. Refund Processing
After inspecting eligible returns, we process refunds within 7–14 business days to your original payment method. Allow 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear.
5. Warranty Information
This policy does not affect our complimentary limited 5 years warranty against manufacturing faults for suitcases.
Human-caused damage
The buyer is responsible for the cost of the accessories and the shipping fees. If you need a warranty, please contact online customer service first to apply. Based on the issue that arises, we will provide you with a warranty solution.
